As a non profit counseling agency we lend our expertise in providing resolutions to homeowners who are facing difficulties. THERE IS NO CHARGE TO THE HOMEOWNER FOR OUR SERVICE.Our counselors have received the required HUD training and Neighborworks Certifications to meet the standards required to becoming a HUD approved agency.Each of our founding members have years of success in providing banks with outsourcing solutions during unmanageable market cycles, as title company owners. We are a non profit organization run by experienced professionals working toward the common goal of sustaining homeownership in Nevada.
We are asking for your help in getting the word out that there are FREE SERVICES available to them. No one should ever pay for this service. In today’s economy folks needing these services are being bombarded with predatory companies promising miracles for a fee. There are no miracles, the process has been defined by the FDIC and HUD. Agencies like ours DO NOT CHARGE for providing foreclosure assistance.
