Participants in our homeownership educational workshops gain knowledge in the homebuying process including: 

• How to prepare and maintain a household budget
• Understanding various home loan programs
• Understanding home inpsections
• Understanding the real estate purchase contract

We currently do not have any group classes scheduled.
